Information
Freight Deliveries: For all items delivered by
Freight truck: It is understood that these items are delivered
by freight/semi truck, and is thresh hold delivery, single
story (interior room, garage, etc.) As this is a large item
with expensive shipping charges, buyer agrees upon ordering
that this is a final sale, without the option of returning
the item. We have found that our Shipping Company has been
very helpful as seen in our customer
testimonials.
Damage: Any item damaged during shipment
will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers option. Any
damage visibly seen to item must be noted when delivered,
with the word “Damaged” and a "Description"
of type of damage both written on the delivery receipt and
signed by recipient. In other words tell the driver to "note
item was damaged during shipping on receipt" and contact
us ASAP so we can correct any and all issues expediently.
For all shipments Domestic and International:
If delivery is attempted and fails due to incorrect phone
number, shipping address, or trucking company being unable
to deliver for other similar reasons, item will either be
held until delivery is possible (which will incur an extra
storage fee from the delivery company), or returned to point
of origin. In such case, Popular Massage Chairs, will be charged
by the manufacturer a return shipping fee and a restocking
fee, which must be passed on to you the customer. In case
of a failed delivery attempt, item can be redelivered if the
extra shipping and restocking is paid by the customer, or
a refund can be issued to the customer for the sale price
less return shipping and restocking fee which is charged by
the freight company and manufacturer’s warehouse.

we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days
from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused in original
new condition with all contents, directions, and original
box. Shipping fees are non refundable and a 20 percent restocking
fee applies on all returns accompanied w/ a return authorization
number number within 15 days of date of purchase. For
customer service issues regarding a return or exchange on
a order, please e-mail us to request a
RNA "before" returning any merchandise. Please make sure to
include a copy of your original receipt, and RNA printout.
Please send returns and exchanges using an insured and/or
traceable service. If you simply take the time to ask all

your purchase then rest assured you will know exactly what
to expect when your package arrives! Most products well exceed
